2026 PROST™ LA procedures in accordance with our Bylaws:

  1. Two active PROST™ LA members must sponsor prospective new members.

  2. Prospective members must be invited to a luncheon by an active member who is attending the same luncheon.

  3. A prospective member is required to attend at least five meetings (not inclusive of the PROST™ LA Holiday Luncheon) in a twelve month period.

  4. Members are responsible for informing their sponsored prospective member guests of the luncheon each month.

  5. Each prospective member must have two member sponsors.

  6. Prospective members must have a minimum of five years’ service in travel.

  7. Prospective members on the waiting list must keep their application current by attending at least one meeting, as a guest, every quarter. This requirement must be repeated until an opening becomes available, and they are placed on the ballot.

  8. Once a member, you must attend at least five meetings per year to remain as a member in good standing. The PROST™ LA annual Holiday Luncheon in December now does count as one of the five meetings.

  9. 2026 annual dues:

    • Travel Advisor Members:  $150/year + $7.14 Platform Fee

    • Vendor/Supplier Members:  $200/year + $9.09 Platform Fee

    • Honorary Lifetime or Retired Members: $75/year + $4.22 Platform Fee

  10. 2026 luncheon prices:

    • Members - Both Advisor and Supplier: $90 + $4.80 Platform Fee

    • Non-Member Advisors: $95 + $5 Platform Fee

    • Non-Member Suppliers: $125 + $6.17 Platform Fee

PROST™ LA encourages prospective members to attend PROST™ LA luncheons as a guest with a Member Host invitation. Non-member Supplier guests are limited to four PROST LA luncheons per year (including the December Holiday Gala). This does not apply to Supplier colleagues on the Membership Waitlist, nor to Travel Advisor non-member guests. Supplier PLA Members who RSVP with guests are strongly encouraged to include at least one Travel Advisor guest (Member or Non-member).
